The 2008 meeting is entitled "Questioning Appearance of Stable Noises in Statistical Physics" and will be devoted to contemporary trends exploring and making use of the theory of stochastic processes and anomalous diffusion in a number of branches: chemical kinetics and biological devices, nonlinear flows, quantum processes and information theory.
