The preferred language of all submissions is English; although in accordance with the European Physical Society regulations papers in French or German can also be accepted, authors are warned that this canTraditional manuscripts can still be processed, but to speed up publication, authors are strongly encouraged to submit electronically LaTeX or plain TeX versions of their papers. The submission should be made by e-mail or on a diskette.delay the publication seriously limit the potential readership.
Note that submissions by fax cannot be accepted.
Figures should be sent in the Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) format or by traditional mail.
Submission must be followed by the Copyright Transfer Agreement (gzipped PostScript , PostScript, PDF).
In general, material to be submitted should include:The Editorial Board does not return the manuscripts of rejected papers.
- LaTeX or plain TeX version of the paper (in case of electronic submission) or two copies of the manuscript (in case of traditional mail submission),
- title, the author's (or authors') name(s), initials and affiliation,
- suggested short title for running heads,
- abstract; in case of non-English submissions an English version of the abstract is required,
- PACS Index number,
- list of references,
- list of figure captions,
- list of all handwritten or unusual symbols,
- EPS-format files with all the figures (in case of electronic submission) or "print-quality" copies of all the figures (in case of traditional mail submission),
- covering letter signed by at least one of the authors requesting publication.
